Filtration glitch

Aren’t water filtration machines supposed to create stuff at 100% and use the oldest generator? Mine has salt stuck at 100% and draws from my nuke instead of my first generator, a bioreactor! Can someone help me out?

Oh wait it looks like my filtration machine is still glitched in my first base BUT not in my other base powered solely by thermal generators but it is such a long swim/walk/drive/drive so it doesn’t really work very well
