Subnautica and Apple Silicon (M1) ?

I heard Below Zero will be optimized for Apple's new architecture, is there any chance the original game will benefit from that ? It runs fine at the moment but could surely benefit from optimizations.

Where did you here that Below Zero would get optimized? I haven't found any sources. But it absolutly should get optimized, both of the games.

I can’t remember where but at some point a video of Below Zero was showing the game running on a M1 Mac. Either Apple was showcasing it or Unknown Worlds, it was something official.
