Below Zero Synthetic fibres - Not in stranger pings?

Hi,

Having trouble with getting this recipe. So far I have:

• Unlocked 'truck depth module 2
• Looted several spiral fragments from the vent garden (and planted them at my base)

The wiki page has two people saying they can't unlock the recipe - I haven't been to Phi base, but they say it doesn't work from there either.

Bit of a PITA as we can't craft the second depth upgrade without it?

Never mind - found it, I'm a nimrod ;o)

If you go into the

Glacial Basin, in the frozen leviathan (Frolo) cave,

you'll find a synthetic fiber object completed sitting on a counter. Once you pick it up, it gives you the recipe for it.
