Cannot get buildings level when Base Building - Below Zero( Pic Attached)

Hi all, I've just started to build my base, but I'm having some issues. Whenever I place my buildings they don't seem to be level, when you enter them they appear to be on a lean. Has anyone else had this issue?? and or have any ideas on how to fix it or is it simply a bug?

My whole game seems to be on this same angle, its only slight but makes it difficult to base build and to enter buildings.
