Commander key "Movement Override" doesn't always work

Hi there!
I hope this is the right section to talk about this.
I have an issue with the commander "Movement override" key (Left shift by default).
The movement is bound to the WQSD layout.
Problem : I use ZQSD as I have an AZERTY keyboard. So it doesn't work for me. It should follow the your key bindings I guess ?
Could this be fixed ?
The original reason is, when I ALT+TAB between two games, the next game I start as commander prevents me from scrolling left by pushing the mouse to the left of the screen. It just doesn't scroll so I have to click on the minimap.
Could this also be fixed ?
