Mouse not aligned

When I'm in the NS2 menu at the start, my mouse cursor loses alignment and I can't select anything but play. It starts off okay in the top left but when Im all the way to the other side of the screen it only moved just enough to select play. Ingame its fine but I can't select anything in the menu really
