insta kill by ghost leviathan

so i just got insta-killed by a ghost leviathan while at full health with my cyclops in between myself and the leviathan. i had full health (used a health pack while a 75% only 30 seconds ago) and the reinforced suit, apparently data shows that the leviathan shouldn't be able to one shot me with a normal suit let alone the reinforced one i it certainly shouldn't have been able to phase through the sub to bite me in the first place
