[Below Zero] Creative mode model building menu

My suggestion is for creative mode. Pressing whatever key bind you set will open a creative menu (In creative mode only, of course). It will allow you to build models in the game (e.g: Some Doors).
The built models will have limited functionality (e.g Keypads can't lock bulkheads). In some objects that store different data (e.g: Keypads) It will show as "Keypad (Code 1234) Of course, replace 1234 with whatever code is attached.

No, no Minecraft. No block building. Only in game models.

Why the change?

Here is why. In creative mode, it is cool to be able to build anything in the game as it would be awesome to use some models to decorate interiors in creative bases (e.g: I like to build sci-fi looking interiors and would like to make the room look cool with some models).

How should the UI Look?

Reuse the UI from the habitat builder (Thumbnail of the model, name of the model when mouse hover).
