Game lagging

Hello. I downloaded the game in my new pc and im experiencing lag in the game. Most of the times it's on 60 fps and lower and rarely it goes up. In the first days of the game, lag was minimal and i was getting 130+ fps but as i progress I don't see more than 60 fps. GPU usage is around 65%. I think I downloaded the game after the " big little uptade " but i'm not sure. Is there something i can do or is the game not fully optimized with the new graphic cards?

ryzen 5 3600x
nvidia 2060 Super 8GB
16GB 3200mhz
ssd

edit: gpu usage is at 40-50 usually and as the fps lower the usage lowers
