QOL - Drag and Drop Tool on Charger to eject and charge battery

Sometimes battling with your inventory space is fun, other times it's a bind.
But add the space required to eject a battery so you can charge it and sometimes things get annoying.
It would be nice to drag and drop the Habitat builder onto the charger and for the battery to just "teleport" from the tool to the charger.

Tool icon with NO battery dragged onto occupied battery slot in charger UI - Battery loaded from charger directly into the tool
Tool icon with battery(regardless of charge) dragged onto empty battery slot in Charger UI - Battery ejected from the tool, and loaded directly into the charger.
