[Below Zero] Are there Power Calculation Issues?

Maybe I'm just not getting how things work, but I have a base with 3 x Thermal reactors (all at max rate), 2 x solar, and 1 biofuel. All running a base with 2 multirooms a command center and sensor array. The command center says I'm generating +5.9 avg but when I do a scan my usage goes from -.25 to like -3...but I'm constantly draining energy...fast. It seems like the drain is being calculated but the generation isn't or something. Really only noticed it with scanning, because that uses so much resource...but I would assume that with a net + generation, there should be no drop in the power...right?
