[Below Zero] Bug with the PDA (Sort of)

Today when I started my game I opened my PDA to see what I had and the bottom part of it was off screen and I could not scroll down, I thought it was nothing much so I continued playing; I then built a base in the sparse arctic, customised its colours and its name and took a screenshot with my PDA however; when i tried to upload it to a photo frame i clicked on the image and like the inventory filled half of the PDA up completely cutting off the bottom section where you would normally find the upload button, i tried scrolling down but no luck; so i then lowered my screen resolution to see if it would reset it but it didn't

Steps taken to reproduce the bug:
saved and exited my creative world and went onto one of my older saves, got the same bug so i left the saves and made a new one, same bug again
tried resetting the resolution, it didn't work and as of this moment am trying to repair it by shutting off the game and starting it again
