Turn off the Scanner Room HUD Chip without removing it

After a gathering swimout with my inventory full, I'd like to be able to remove the Scanner Room HUD Chip without removing it (no room in the inventory).

I suggest adding the function that right-clicking on the installed Scanner Room HUD Chip toggle it on and off. When initially installed, it's in the on state.

I'd love that! The game gets very laggy with over 50 yellow icons flashing about.
