Subnautica Workshop for Making Maps and Mods

You heard it. I'm suggesting the ability to create entirely new creatures, maps, items, and all that inside of a workshop. I believe being able to do something like that would expand the community by a ton. Just imagine turning all of your favorite concepts into a mod.
