Is it possible to get my constellation badge in ns2 ?

Hey, donated to ns, I think before steam was even around so I think that's why I don't have the badge in ns2. but I've seen other people with the constellation badge so I was wondering if it's possible to get in contact with someone and provide my steamID to get it back? :)
