Extremely Poor Frame Rates - Lost River Cave System (XBox)

Hi. This is my first serious play of this game since I played the pre-release on PC. I am now playing the XBox version.
The game is great and has come such a long way since my PC pre-release playing days.
Generally speaking the frames on XBox is good - that is until I get to the Lost River cave system, such as where the Orange Tablet Door room is. Here the frame rates take a massive hit and the gameplay is awful, and this is on the XBox 1X, reportedly the most powerful games console.
Also, the long loading times when launching the game/when saving is annoying.
I know the devs had to turn to another company for help with the XBox version, so I understand the delays in XBox version improvements, but I’d love to see more love being given to the frame rates on XBox.
