Storage and Fabrication Suggestions

1.) Players should be able to put built items into the fabricator to deconstruct them and regain the resources they used to make the item.
2.) Resources from nearby storage lockers should automatically be transferred into the fabricator to make items.
3.) Lockers and floating lockers should be up-gradable to share their contents with that of every other upgraded locker. This would create pages of inventory the player could scroll through (perhaps very late game once the player has teleportation tech).
4.) The player's should have an expensive personal compression/storage device as an explanation for their personal inventory.

    I'd like to see stackable items, e.g., one icon for titanium with a number (1-100) of items present. The existing lockers and storage are absurdly small. Maybe this should apply only for bulk items, such as metals, minerals, etc., and not equipment or processed materials (?)

    I'd agree with that. The idea of the player having a personal compression storage unit either as a backpack or built into their suit would allow for a logical justification. Lockers could have "compression tech" as well. Justification wouldn't be absolutely necessary, but it would be really nice.
