Just found creepvine samples after cutting for a table coral

Has anyone else run into this? I was in the area around the giant tree with the ghost leviathan eggs. I really needed those eventually but I wasn't looking for them, and I can't replicate it again. I kind of want to report a bug.

    A similar bug happened to me awhole ago. Expect, I would just get creepvines by just knifing. Even just knifing the air. I tried recording it but the video got corrupted and i never saw the bug again
