PS4 1.05: Problem with one of the PCF "resource zone" teleporters

Three of them seem to work fine, but the Lost River teleportation fails during the return trip back to the primary quarantinecontainment facility by playing a portion of the animation a second time, and then dropping the character somewhere where no land is in sight ... and you're falling.
Worse, if you quit to the opening menu and then attempt a reload without exiting the game completely, it crashes with the standard 34878 PS4 error.
Honestly, if it were any other teleporter, I would have lost it ... but at least the Lost River isn't too far away so getting the resource from there needed to move to the endgame is comparatively easy.
