Bug with building (waterproof cabinet)

When building a multi-purpose room and hitting it with a mouse, the message "pack a waterproof cabinet" is displayed. After clicking on it, it disappears and a waterproof lipstick appears in the inventory. When I put it, it turns out to be mine. Other my cabinets are also teleporting here. The specifications of the computer are on video.
I HAVE GAME ON THE EPIC GAMES PLATFORM.


Poor video quality is caused by getting a program to record "fast" and load through the game.
