Falling through the terrain on the quarantine enforcement mountain [PC Experimental build 61884]

This is where if you walk towards the cliff or under the arch, you will fall under the terrain 100% of the time. Fully reproducable.

EDIT: This appears to have gotten fixed in build 61900. That was fast.
