Crash in lava zone

Hello! I absolutely love this game, but sometimes, it seems, it doesn't love me back : )

At this time, I have a save near a beautiful lava waterfall. Whenever I try to play the game, it'd work maybe a few seconds to a minute and then crash (especially if I move. Moving the Prawn Suit makes it crash basically immediately). Mostly it crashes to a black screen, so I have to restart my laptop from the button.

I wonder if it's something about certain environments that causes this bug. I've had a similar problem in the Aurora once, and what eventually solved it was lowering the graphics. Except...I can't really do that anymore.

What I've tried: uninstalling / re-installing graphics cards (unintentional, but it happened), uninstalling/re-installing the game, lowering graphics to the minimum, deleting the contents of the CellsCache folder, deleting the contents of CellsCache and CompiledOctreesCache from SNUnmanagedData/Build18 (that last one was a bad idea and made things worse. I put things back)...

This issue might be solved by warping away, then back. Press F1, and write down the camera position. Open the command console(click here for details), and use the command

warp 0 0 0

It may be a good idea to swim to the ocean floor, make sure everything loads. Then, warp back, substituting your original position instead of 0 0 0.

Thank you! I got the coordinates, but the console is not opening. I know I used to have one, because I occasionally opened it by mistake in the past. I looked things up, clicked on F3 and made sure that the 'Disable Console' button is not filled in, but it didn't work. Tried to restart the game and it didn't work either (restarting the game worked. opening the console didn't). The tilde key (~) makes the cursor change from round to triangular blue, but that's about it. Also I probably tried out most of the buttons on my keyboard and no change. Please help?

The alternate for opening console is the enter key. The command console might not show on screen in certain resolutions; try typing the code anyway.
