After creating a Moonpool I have noticed the water glitches out from the inside.

Subnautica Version - Version: 59963
Description - The light colored water that is inside the Moonpool glitches outside of the room.
Reproduction steps - Just construct a Moonpool and look on both sides of the moonpool.
