Went to the thermal plant and its acting like there is no water for me

I went in doing fine and dandy and I think a warper may have glitched me ( I was dumb and I saved right after thinking nothing of it). The warper teleport screen appeared but nothing happened so I went on. But my prawn felt unusually sluggish. I could barely jump. I jump out of the prawn and fall straight down. IDK what to do please help.

update: iwas able to walk on the lava and not get damge.

2nd update: I fixed the problem. first I killed my self. Which fixed my gravity problem. FIxing the prawn was more difficult. I had the goal to jump the prawn up in such a way to be able to make it to the thermal plant portal, using foundations to get me there. I foundation jumped, but I found when I jumped onto one of the anchor cables, my prawns gravity problem was fixed. I think the prawn standing on some structure other than the rock reset it for some reason.

The P.R.A.W.N suit cant jump high out of water. as soon as it leaves it will go up maybe 1 or 2 meters and then start going back down. that happens for me anyway.
