Sea dragon swims through walls

Hey guys, I just finished Subnartica and I think it's turned out quite well.
I do have one inquiry however, how many Sea dragons are there in the Lave Zone?
If I had to guess, I'd say; three. Two in the upper layer and one in the under layer.
Now I find that very unnerving, but I'll get to my point, how and why do they just swim through walls?
It happened a total of three times that it appeared straight out of a wall.
I stayed close to the walls to avoid them, but I guess that doesn't work if they can phase trough walls like freaking ghosts.
First it simply appeared out of the wall as I was walking by.
THEN it it's head appeared out of the Floor and spat lava at me, then it dove again I guess.
But what really took the cake was when it phased through the wall right in front of me when I walked to the last facility. And then when I was inside it, I could see it's tentacles phase through the wall as it turned around.
At the time, my heart had enough strength to not stop right then and there. Thank god.
Not to mention that it's projectiles also seem to ignore environment hitboxes, It hit my prawn suit right trough a cave ceiling.
Just what the heck guys.
