Why I chose to use console commands to build everything after I found the Sea Emperor leviathan. (

Ultimately I felt that there was no point to the enptune rocket aside from tying up the story, I didn't search the depths for the individual pieces or anything else, nore did I know the entirety of what was needed for the rocket, So I decided to say to heck with it and farmed out the resources for the pad, Done, then I found out I needed crystalline sulfur and nickel ore etc. and Kyanite. All that this really did was attempt to pull more required time out of the game, I didn't sea (see what I did there?) to go back and fourth to my Lost river base jut to create 1 piece at a time because I ultimately didn't know the required over all materials for the blueprints. Perhaps if this were to be shifted in different direction I might have continued without the console but as it stands... It only served to crease playtime as I just had to go find the mats, seeing as I all ready knew where they were it was pointless, nothing rare or crazy really.

Or perhaps you are just a bad player who don't know how to use the portals or to keep your main base stocked up.

When I decided to make the Neptune, I needed zero trips to Lost River, and even if I did ... portal straight to it. (That is how I hatched the emperor offspring anyway, each seed is literally meters away from each of the 4 portals in the prison, the Sea Crown I already had.

Cheating because you are bored about a game that is MEANT FOR EXPLORATION is a lame excuse to lash out at the developers.

That's my freaking point! There was nothing else to explore! No point to go back! No grand upgrade that really seemed worth it once I got the enzyme. I'm not lashing out at the developers, this is a suggestion, fix it or don't I'm telling you flatly that I got bored once I realized it was going to piecemeal the construction process to me.

So what exactly was your point Caia? How does cheating because I'm tired of running back and fourth for no apparent reason? There was nothing else to do at that point in the game aside from going back and fourth right there over and over for pieces. Either let me go back once for everything I need. Or give me a reason as to why im only getting small pieces of the blueprint at a time.

I agree. The neptune-"end game"-build-o-rino was a bit dumb. In my opinion a bad design choice compared to the rest of the game. Maybe they ran out of time/money or ideas for the last step. Actually they could've made a hole section about escaping from the planet (building the rocket) after you finished the cure story line. BUT the rocket itself is awesome. :-)

I haven't played the game in a while, won't be able to until my new laptop gets here, but doesn't it tell you what all the parts of the rocket need in the blueprints part of the PDA?

Yeah well it only shows you the next part after you built the previous one.

Maybe on the thing that builds it, but on your blueprints page I thought it showed all of them?

Why wait until after that to build it though? After all, one receives the blueprint early after all, relatively speaking... so one can retrieve the various needed resources as one finds them. The way I see it, the Emperor deal is supposed to be the end, something you do in order to be able to leave safely...

Also for me it was quit confusing, that you can only see the first part (the platform). I wasn't sure at first if i need to find the other parts somewhere else.
