Lost/misplaced a Steam Achievement (man's best friend)

Hello!
Like the title says, I've lost/misplaced an achievement. I don't know what I did (if I did something), but at the end of the game I went to check why I didn't get the achievements for the time capsule and the launch, to realize that I was missing the Man's Best Friend achievement (I'm sure I unlocked it the first time the egg hatched-- then grabbed the fish and released it on the ocean).
I also have the bug where the time capsule and the launch achievement aren't unlocked.
Anyway, the game is awesome

Edit: the Man's Best Friend achievement reappeared, so the issue is no more (or never existed). But the other achievements are still unobtainable.
