...The Cyclops can already hold the Seamoth and Prawn Suit. Or do you mean at the same time? Honestly, once you get to the later portion of the game the Seamoth becomes obsolete due to its inability to go as far down as either the Cyclops or Prawn Suit.
Random trivia: Actually it is physically possible for the seamoth to go further down than both the prawn and cyclops. If you go into the teleporter that leads to the Sea Emperor while in the Seamoth you can be deeper than the cyclops. There is also an unused seamoth depth upgrade that let's it go to 1000m meaning it can technically go deeper than a prawn, that has no. Depth upgrade. (Prawn has an unused mkIII as well and cyclops had a depth upgrade that let's it go to like 3200m)
Speaking of the insane depth upgrade, it might be cool for subnautica to have one reallyreally deep biome which no light can reach. Just a bunch of shellfish creatures down there which lack bioluminescence. Sorta' like the barren reefs, but with more details in the fauna living down there in the silt layers.
