Falling through the seabed

Hi
Have built a exosuit and now find that when i walk around i fall through the map.
is this an on going problem or just my pc game setup.
I now cannot travel 400 mtrs back to my pod because of it.
Any one else having this issue.
I am near the shallows/basic exosuit/no mods/very little done so far/pc drivers up to date.

    This could a very rare bug that somehow prevents the map from loading (are you seeing the map completely loaded or not?)
