No precursor base signals [Resolved]

Stable version Jan-2018 59783. When reaching the Aurora Black Box you would get a signal for the Energy Pulse Origin. This isn't happening anymore. Only a PDA note about what happened. I've tried going to the island platform control room and again no signal for the Disease Research Facility. I get a PDA note but that's it. I'm not running experimental, I've tried reinstalling it, and starting a fresh game but still nothing. Have these signals been removed from the game?

Directions to the Disease Research Facility are now clues found in Databank -> Data Downloads -> Codes and Clues -> Alien Facility Locations. Several Lifepods have also lost their beacons and been converted to clues instead.

The game is now less a case of "Go directly to the newest beacon", and more a case of "Here's a clue. Go Explore".

I suspect the Energy Pulse Origin beacon has also been removed in favor of the Sunbeam transmissions. Might not be a bug.
