Make repairing stuff more satisfying

Repairing the cyclops, seamoth and bases looks pretty bad, almost as though the feature wasn't yet completed.

As of now, repairing goes something along the lines of; "hold left-click on a gaping hole in your cyclops (that doesn't even appear to match the background or look like an actual gaping hole) and watch as a bit of floating text starts at 50%, jumps to 60, 70, 80, and then slowly fades along with the hole."

It's really awkward and unsatisfying. There's not even any sound to fixing holes; they just disappear.

I think that repairing should be redone so that the holes in your vehicles and sea bases look like ACTUAL HOLES in said vehicle or seabase, and have the seamoth appear a bit more damaged than just smoking and a few scratches. When repairing holes, they shouldn't just disappear or look like a model that was just slapped onto the wall, and they should have an animation of them being welded shut with some satisfying sounds played over their repair.

The holes also don't do a very good job of looking like they're spewing water everywhere. Only some of them even appear to do so; so that should also be fixed.

Another issue is the weird way you repair them. When you click on a hole with the repair tool, a percentage appears with a random value between 0% and around 80%, and holding down with the tool fixes it by 10% every second or so. Sometimes, though, the hole randomly disappears before the percentage even reaches 100%? Instead, there shouldn't be a percentage, just a radial meter thing like the oxygen and health and stuff that ALWAYS starts at zero and ALWAYS disappears when it's full.

These accounts of welding stuff are from memory, so I may be wrong about some bits of this. Regardless, I think that repairing stuff could be made a lot more satisfying and less of an awkward chore.
