Another small list of suggestions for interface consistency/usability

Here's a couple of things that I deem worthy of improvement:
  1. Keyboard bindings: "Deconstruct" (for the builder tool) is still a separate key, while it would be more consistent to operate via the "tool alternate use" keybind. This is probably a remnant from where there was no "alternate use" key, and it's also possible assign the same key to both functions, so not a major deal.
  2. Consistent behaviour when moving items between containers: Items are swapped via RMB between storage containers, but must be swapped with LMB in and out of "functional" containers like battery chargers, module slots and player outfit. While I can see the the technical origin of this behaviour, imo the handling would be greatly improved by consistently moving items with the same button. (For extra confusion, the scanner room modules are swapped via RMB, but the right side also labelled "Storage" so this might be still WIP)
  3. Hud icon scaling: I often find even a few beacons distracting from the beatiful underwater vista, and - maybe just a thing as a PC user - they're way to freaking big.
  4. Hotkey for toggling hud beacon display. Bonus comfort feature: Filter beacons by assigned color via hotkey(s).
  5. Remove the constant beeping of the med dispenser (though I admit that's just a personal annoyance)
