Change the access level of certain interfaces to make modding easier

This is a simple suggestion. Make interfaces like IPropulsionCannonAmmo and IExosuitArm or any other interfaces and types that are needlessly set to internal, not internal. I don't really see why they are internal in the first place. This shouldn't change anything on the surface of the game, and make modding easier for those who bother to do it. Please do this so I can make mods easier.
