Thermal Plant floor hollow going to the blueprint terminal

I think I saw this issue mentioned before. But the Thermal Plant lower area has a hollow floor problem. The collisions are missing in half the lower rooms. The ceilings are fine. But it's basically impossible to get the data and blueprint unlocks because of this. I've tried the grapple hook and tried to find areas that you can walk on. I wish the game had a noclip option. Or at least a way to force swimming mode on.
