[BUG] Able To Deconstruct 'Powered' Platforms (Experimental 55942)

To duplicate:

Build Foundation
Build power plant(s) on top of foundation
Power plants will 'power up' the foundation (even if it's not attached to anything else)
Hover building tool over foundation. Note that it gives you the option of deconstructing it.
Deconstruct foundation. Materials for foundation are gotten back and foundation is deconstructed. Any power plants on top of deconstructed foundation are lost forever (as well as materials).

Learned this the hard way while trying to build a relay of thermal plants. Oops.

The game is somewhat random in how this works. Sometimes, you can deconstruct foundations and leave the items still there—e.g. floating solar panels. Other times, the items on top vanish, and you are left with nothing. *sigh*

I didn't test this with solar panels. Just the thermals. I suspected it might work with solar panels, but since I had the materials for thermals in my inventory (because they're the ones I cheated in after having my others destroyed; screw that!) they were the ones I tested. I suspected it might work the same way for solar panels, and maybe relays.

I have tried this multiple times.

It may allow you to keep the 'floating solar panels', but with thermal plants, it invariably just makes them go away without giving you back the materials at all.

If you build your solar plant on top of different base pieces, it seems to just leave it floating. Platforms, not so lucky.
