[bug] Terrain clipping through walls in Cylops and bases

If you park a Cyclops in the kelp, the kelp will go right through the floor into the cyclops! This is very strange and distracting. It probably wouldn't matter when it's in motion, since you would not likely be able to see it but it's very annoying and distracting when you have a base in the middle of the kelp and you want to put your Cyclops there.

Bases also suffer from this. When initially built in the kelp forest, the strands will disappear where base parts are, but they regrow after a certain amount of time - and clip right into your base. This is also true of bases built on the surface of either of the islands - any nearby trees will clip right through the walls and into the base.

You can cut kelp out of the way. That prevents regrowing. Unless the game is patched, resetting them. But yes. Right now. Things don't get pushed out of the way. So build things to accommodate this issue. You can also use this to cheat creepvines though.
