btw u can make ur logo or use one of a wad; u just need it to be a transparent texture or a fade-style texture. u can place it on a solid and then make this a func_rotating, then give in the "FX-ammount" the right value of transparency, in the true effects (FX-[don't remember] <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo--> ) u choose "flicker"
Well at first i thought it was just a texture in ns_bast.wad as i was sure i've seen that texture a wad. Then with render mode additve and also fx set to distort so it flickers. But upon furthy checking on ns_bast.wad that texture is not there so i'm also thinkings it is a model.
Place it on what solid? I have textures with pure blue and black backgrounds. What solid do I put it too? Could you give an example?
No of the examples work that has been posted. Anyone have a link, or a sure fire way that the logo's and some of the signs in ns_bast were made to flicker and move ?

It was created for bast, and I think you should talk with the map author first.

There are a few textures that are like this, even one on a door that is not operational--red sign.
