[BUG] Gastopods proxomity detection for gas goes through base walls (Stable 53518)

A Gastopod, while in your aquarium, is just fine.
When you pull one out and release it in open ocean, any approach of something living (including yourself still) releases a bunch of gas pods. Not necessarily a bug, and I didn't mark it as one; it's possible that even a passive Gastopod releases at any sign of something else living.
However, this detection works even if you're inside your base, with a wall (or observation glass) between you and they. The gas doesn't get through said walls, but my observation window is completely and constantly obscured by gastopod farts due to releasing a Gastopod outside of it in order to test Smiley's reactions.
