Habitat builder and ion battery

Can't put an ion battery into the habitat builder. The ion batteries don't even show up when I press r. It works fine for all other tools.

Yep. This probably won't change.

Edit: Fix for this now in experimental.

It has been this way forever. So,we assume DEVS made it this way on purpose and don't regard it as a bug, I guess.

If they intended that to be on purpose. Why haven't they simply said that on the forums. Why do people have to keep guessing.

There have been a lot of things that have been this way forever and were bugs. It looks like it just needs the PrecursorIonBattery added to its 'compatibleBatteries' list which should be able to be done in the editor.

You might ask that guy who figured out the lava damage to mention this to the devs.

I suspect it's just something they overlooked and is not a priority to fix right now. Sev D issue, for sure.

The ion batteries come so late in the game anyway, I'm not sure if it's even useful to make them.
