Objects on the surface of large bodies of water bob. Objects underneath the surface...not so much.

    I'd also like some modifier key for moving SLOWLY. Trying to place an object exactly where you want it with the habitat builder can be maddening. You try to edge a little to your left, and . . . Nope, overshot. A hair to the right . . . NOPE! Overshot again.
