Hello, I have been playing NS2 for some years, recently I have encountered massive technical problems ( as opposed to the technical problems we all faced for 249 builds), I have officially brought the game 4 times, and received 1 free key from max and (subsequently) the beta free key.
May I have my money back? The basic technical issues you have never fixed have never been, er, fixed, I still cannot even browse a server in game - basically, I think you may need to start refunding myself some of the money I have invested in your game as I no longer have faith that the issues with NS2 will be ever resolved.
I have lost faith. And sadly, hope.
I am happy to renounce my original key from Max, however, I think in good faith, reciprocated, I should receive any monetary expense allocated towards your flawed product be recompensed to myself.
Or is there hope?
I have never, I say again, never, been able to submit a crash report, despite some 3500 crashes. I don't think I can help you any more.
