Example: if you overdose on boosted swimming speed Serum, then your swimming speed is reduced as a penalty until you recover (aka tired muscles, reduced adrenaline etc). If you overdose on night-vision, then your sight is dimmed even in the daylight until you recover (aka strained ocular muscles or cornea).

    So there's ways around it, but the Infusions really need to be stronger and last longer to be practical IMO. :)
