Game Breaking Signals Bug

Received a signal; crew needs assistance with surviving radiation. Found that signal, but there was no signal 'item' to remove from my Inventory; then the Comm. went off and I tried to play the message but it wouldn't play. In other words, no more 'signals'; I cannot progress the Story!

If that's the signal for Lifepod 6, I'm assuming you got it from the Lifepod 5 comm. Have you tried fabricating another one inside a base yet?
