Description: The Thermal Generator upgrade for the Cyclops does not seem to generate power in a hot environment, and it also seems to drain energy at a rate of about 1% per 3 seconds.
Reproduction Steps: Place a Thermal Generator upgrade into the Cyclops' upgrade terminal. Local temperature does not matter. Watch the energy gauge at the terminal. Reminder that Creative mode will not reproduce this.
Most likely not working as intended.
