Small Addition to Creative Mode - % completion on PDA Entries

I think adding a percentage completion to the data entries on your PDA in creative mode would be a good idea. It would turn creative mode into a potential low stress xenobiologist mode as you swim around cataloguing all the various scannables. I don't think it would be good for the story modes though. Would ruin some of the mystery.
