Are there restrictions to the amount of moonpools in survival mode?

Hi all,

just started playing this game two weeks ago. So sorry if this is a stupid question but i didn't found an answer for my problem.
I play survival mode and have cyclops, prawn and seamoth allready. Now i want to build a second moonpool next to my existing one.
The problem is with the habitat builder i can place them (green) but can't finish them.
So is there any trick i should know or is it not allowed to have two of them in survival mode?
I tryed it in creative mode at the same spot without any problem.

Thanks in advance!

You're allowed to make as many as you want. I don't know why you can't build a second one. Have you all the materials and a charged habitat builder? Experimented with location?

You can have two in any mode (or in my case, you can have six.) You probably just don't have enough materials to finish it.

If can start but not finish the moon pool, please check these quick simple things just to rule them out:

    1. Does the habitat builder battery have charge remaining?
    2. Do you have the materials for the moon pool in your inventory?
