Xbox one save issues

I just purchased SN a couple days ago. I love the game. I wanted to get my daughter her own save file so we make one and save it. Now I can't get into my save, I get this lovely message. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you delete them from your hard drive but not from Xbox live then down load them again it might help , when you go to delete it will say " delete from Xbox or everywhere " , only delete from your Xbox , sometimes it might not re sync tho
