Way To Even Clan Matches Up?

From what I have seen, alien early game defense is less then functional, and there resource model takes alot longer to get into gear. I think that aliens getting there first grorge free might help balance clan play a little so they can get some OC's up before the marines break the door down and kill the hive.

Maybe this could only be activated on tournament mode?

All the scrimmages I have played in the aliens destoryed the marines at the beginning of the game and it only got worse as time went on.

The teams are not uneven so there is no need to give the aliens anything free. It's fine just the way it is.

yeh i agree an efficant alien rush can crush any marines but a marine rush can crush aliens even worse cuz of the countdown

I might be mistaken on this but atleast on most public servers ( I know you said clan matches) the aliens that are in the game when it starts get 13 resources, allowing them to change to gorge immediately.

nope as far as ive seen from pubs they start with 10 and get 13 soon after
