Graphical Presets do not match Graphical quality

in Subnautica Bug Reporting
This has been an issue for me now since buying Subnautica; this is prevalent in all the versions I have played, when I select recommended at first it matches the preset but when I restart the game it doesn't and it's the same with the lowest preset I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.
