The mos annoying glitch ever

I placed a gravsphere down, and went there to catch fish. When I was collecting them, it disappeared for some reason, so I went to my base to make a new one. Then it prompted me to pick up a boomerang, and then it told me I could scan something which was weird. Then, it told me click to pick up all this stuff, so it was like I was in two places which is really annoying. Is there a way to fix this?
